Session SurveyThis presentation describes a process that our UX Research team has developed to objectively define criteria to give product teams an idea of whether they were getting close to achieving their goals of having both a usable product and one that is competitive in the marketplace.
As UX practitioners, performing a competitive analysis/review based on features sets is a useful way to highlight strengths and weaknesses between products, but in making an overall comparison, we often compare products with different features and functions. So, how can we tell which product provides the most competitive overall service?
This talk presents a case study for providing both quantitative and qualitative feedback that helped our project teams decide whether and where their initiatives needed further improvements using metrics.
