The field of user experience has exploded in the last five years, reaching even into small, everyday projects. "Design thinking" is the latest, hottest fad, and employers want more projects to incorporate this. As a result, many UX practitioners find themselves needing to train clients and colleagues in principles of user experience.

In this talk, we will discuss the best ways to teach UX to colleagues and clients, ensuring that learners are more likely to take away themes and ideas that will be useful in future work. The presenters have years of experience in teaching UX principles in corporate and academic settings and have compiled some best practices into useful ideas for creating training materials, which will be shared with you.
