How should an interaction designer respond when her two primary user groups have drastically different needs? Pet2Vet is a research-driven healthcare service prototype for pet owners and veterinarians to monitor an animal's chronic condition at home. As I researched this topic, I discovered that owners craved specific information while veterinarians encouraged them to think in generalities.
