Harvard University
Project Manager
I am currently enrolled in Bentley University's UX Certificate Program with a specific interest in entering the UX field as a Researcher. I received my BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, and my Master's in Organizational Psychology from William James College (Newton, MA). As such, I have always been interested in understanding human behavior and emotions and their influence on people's interactions with products and processes. My career thus far has been heavily focused in Human Resource Operations, including Recruiting (sourcing, interviewing & hiring), New Hire Onboarding & Training, and the implementation of HR systems (i.e. Applicant Tracking systems, Learning Management systems). Working intimately with these systems is what initially sparked my interest in UX, as each project has proven that so many workforce related systems could benefit tremendously from user research and human-centered design principles. In conjunction with my education from Bentley, I am currently looking for an associate level research position or research-based internship.
