Neha Raghuvanshi is a Qualitative User Researcher working at GoTo in Boston for the past 5 years. GoTo is a SaaS company that specializes in creating enterprise and consumer software in the Communication and Security Space. She has been in the UX space for the past decade and has worked as a Software Consultant at Accenture Singapore and India prior to this.

At GoTo, she has worked on communication products such as Bold360ai and GoTo Connect and a password manager, LastPass. She has enjoyed collaborating with Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams spread across the globe. She loves inspiring teams through user stories and tying these to usage and quantitative data to scale insights and expedite decision making.

She has worked with consumers and enterprises across the globe and industries such as Security, Communication, Contact Centers, Biotechnology, Finance, Government, Mining etc. She has an MSc. in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, Boston, and a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering along with an online business diploma from Harvard Business School.
