With over 25 years of experience in User Experience research (UXR), Cay Lodine is an expert in qualitative research and usability assessments who is has worked on products ranging from digital cameras to health imaging systems, to small business tools, and eComm websites. Most recently, Cay has been responsible for building teams that provide a wide a range of approaches to research in the consumer space. Currently, Cay is a Senior Manager for user experience research at Wayfair.com where she has spent the last year and a half building a qualitative research team for the product design organization.
